Michael Sullivan, PhD, are cofounders of the Evans and Sullivan Clinic in Beaverton, Oregon, specializing in the treatment of adults and adolescents with dual disorders. Dr. Evans serves as CEO and Treatment Coordinator and Dr. Sullivan is Clinical Director.
