Lorelei King's narration provides unique and credible voices for the various characters of both genders in this humorous series. Bounty hunter Stephanie Plum chases down a wide variety of bail jumpers, several on the Kiltman College campus, in this funny modern cozy. King's subtle changes in tone and pace are effective as she interprets the campy plot. Her pacing adds to the chase scenes and the twisting, possibly connected, investigations of a murder and a case of domestic terrorism. Stephanie's romantic interests and personal life are played down in this installment, but Morelli's health problems add a touch of realism. King's outstanding narration flavors this mystery and brings out its humor. S.C.A. © AudioFile 2015, Portland, Maine
