About the Author

A native of the West Irondequoit suburb of Rochester, New York, Frank graduated from Aquinas Institute, Niagara University, Rochester Institute of Technology, and Monroe Community College. He worked in reprographic technology research for most of his career. Besides a Master's Thesis )and many dull technical reports) this is his first published book. The Author divides his semi-retirement unequally between writing, traveling, teaching, going to the gym, and tinkering in his basement workshop. Frank and his wife, Barbara, live in Webster, New York.
