Unleashing Productivity: Prescription for Manufacturing Survival
"UNLEASHING PRODUCTIVITY" PRESCRIPTION FOR MANUFACTURING SURVIVAL

is about improving your manufacturing productivity by implementing currently available manufacturing technologies, to produce high quality marketable products, at a better price.

Being more competitive in the marketplace and improving return on investment are just two of the benefits you can gain. Learn how to identify the many opportunities (often disguised as problems) that can make your enterprise more productive and profitable. Actual examples of advanced metal removal, fabrication, and robotic welding systems (RWS) proposals that have been approved and implemented, and are now operational and proven, are included. Logical arguments that you can use to help justify major capital investment programs.

Many standard industry concepts are discussed in detail such as Thruput, Utilization, Productivity, Program Justification, Automation and Robotics, Return On Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), and Make Or Buy decisions.
