About the Author
Tanya was raised bi-culturally as Belgian/American and is a seasoned expat, having orchestrated six international moves in fifteen years for herself and her family. Professionally she is an inspirational speaker, coach, and blogger in the Personal Development and Wellness industry. As co-author of this book, Tanya combines her experience as an expat spouse with her expertise in mindset, changing perspective, and happier living. She regularly speaks at international schools with her talk Life as an Expat: Attitude, Expectation and Identity, offering guidance and vocabulary to transform trailing spouses into Trail-Blazing spouses, and has helped countless expats in her coaching practice over the years. She currently resides in Stockholm, Sweden, with her husband and two children.
