Barbara Scott-Goodman is a New York-based author, art director, and designer of numerous cookbooks including The Beach House Cookbook, The Ski Country Cookbook, and Welcome to the Table. Her articles and recipes have been featured in Bon Appetit, Coastal Living, and StarChefs.com.

Colin Cooke is a New York-based still life photographer. His work has appeared in many publications including Country Living and Ladies Home Journal.
