This book contains a number of comments made from spirit with input from myself which include a number of quotes and poems. I guess I'm not happy with much that is stated as truth when in reality it's not, it's simply opinion. We are all bearers of wisdom, born with truth and knowledge which is simply found by spending time sitting in that silence, finding self, and asking the true teachers of wisdom any questions that we wish to ask. It is of my humble opinion that truth has but one source and that is Spirit, once man gets his hands on it then it is without doubt corrupted, normally for self-gain. I have no religion , I am simply writing as I hear, we all have intuition, instinct, gut feeling, in its purest form it is that truth I speak of knocking on our souls door hoping we will listen.
I hope you find some of what you are looking for, and I think those taking the first steps on the road of Mediumship or any other spiritual path will enjoy the comments made.
I myself am a natural Medium, my best word of advice would be to give spirit the time to guide you and all will be well.
