About the Author

Charlotte Greguski has been involved with the human potential movement for most of her life. She is a former midwife with a long time interest in early childhood education. She attended the Better Baby Institute at the Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential in Philadelphia and has studied brain integration and Brain Gym(R) for over 30 years. Charlotte knows that at all ages throughout life, it is important for each of us to be aware of our own brain and appreciate that it is always working behind the scenes in everything we do.
