About the Author

Jennifer Savino is a Certified Integrative Pranayama Breathwork
Facilitator, Reiki Master, Hatha
Yoga Instructor and Pilates Mind/Body Teacher. She started in the health and wellness industry at the age of fifteen teaching her students about body awareness, movement and breath so the body can perform with a sense of ease and grace.
