Known for writing children’s books with multiple points of view, Paul Fleischman is a prolific author and a finalist for the 2012 Hans Christian Andersen Award. As the author of the acclaimed Whirligig, a young adult book, he tackles difficult and sensitive topics in ways that are approachable for children.
