A pit stop in Las Vegas along the appropriately named “Journey of Death” lands Slocum in jail—but not for long. They’ve got the wrong man, and after Slocum’s escape there are bounty hunters and lawmen hot on his trail. The man they really want is Slocum’s doppelganger, Neale—with his hide intact for a greater cash reward.
 
With bounty-thirsty men on his trail, Slocum’s only refreshment is a curvy city girl who’s determined to help him find Neale…and get a little something for herself. But once Slocum lays eyes on Neale, he’s not concerned with keeping him alive…
