The Tower of Babel project failed becuase it did not line up with God's purposes. This book is meant to challenge organizations to go beyond Babel. A biblical worldview provides an organization its values, philosophy, and principles that provide the direction needed to carry out God's purpose for the organization. Only then will the organzation be able to move Beyond Babel and enjoy enduring success.
