This brief primer on eating disorders aims to expose the true horrors of the eating-disordered mind, and the only real solution known to reduce or eradicate symptoms: treatment. Eating disorder sufferers, parents, and friends need to face the harsh reality of this deadly disease; denial is common. A basic overview of treatment is presented.
