A Philadelphia police officer named Bob is working the late shift at the station and one of his supervisors sends him downstairs to store some files. When he goes into the filing room he finds a strange man who claims that he works in there. All of the files in there are unsolved cases and the strange man tells Bob one of his tales from the unsolved cases that only he has solved. The case is about a man who is driving home from work one night and comes upon a young man on the road. The man pulls over to give the young man a ride and discovers that he’s about to have more problems than it was worth picking him up.
