Overview

TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALLGAME
It's College World Series week in Omaha Nebraska, and the perfect time for Amy Woods' food truck, Hot Diggity Dog, to make its debut. Supplies are loaded, the bright yellow truck is polished to a shine. Amy and her Aunt Connie are wearing their Husker aprons and ball caps and raring to go. Their mini-doxie, Warren, is decked out in his adorable hotdog suit. What could go wrong?
Let me count the ways:
Sammy, their usual assistant is a no-show; Hank, the substitute hire, is argumentative and far too appealing to Amy's libido; customers ignore the recycling containers, and Warren has a heat stroke. Oh, and there's a terrorist threat to blow up the ballpark.
Can you smell the deep-fried Twinkies?

About the Author

After a twenty-year career of teaching the language Arts, I’m pursuing my dream of writing stories. I write the kind of relationship stories I find intriguing and passionate. Hopefully my readers will enjoy the I’m Your Man series, because stories are meaningful only if they have an audience.
The most important thing in my life is family. I grew up the oldest of six girls, and while we live widely separated, our love keeps us close in heart. After writing, I enjoy reading, swimming and cooking. I love flowers and animals of all kinds. Flowers give us beauty and animals give undemanding love, asking in return only that we are kindly caretakers.
As my characters are on a journey of discovery, so too am I.
