Understand the mental models you use to view the world: how they help you, how they limit you, and how to overcome those limits.

Your mental models shape how you see the world. They help you quickly make sense of the noises that filter in from outside, but they can also limit your ability to see the true picture. They are with you always. They can be a great help, or keep you up at night without reason. How do they define your world?
