About the Author

These poems were written during a time of incarceration as I romanticized about the wife I prayed would come into my life. Immediately following my release I met my wife, Millie, and shortly after that my poems became prophetic. The day I met Millie I shared with her the poem PASSION, after which this book is named. Needless to say her appreciation for writing tipped the scales in my favor and we've been together ever since. I met her the day after my release and we were married one month later. God blessed me with the ability to express my pure heart in poetic form and as a result, touch Millie's heart as well.
