Wade Venden is the author of The Translation of Daniel, a new novel about the consequences of enlightenment. He was born and raised in Wisconsin, the setting of the novel, and though he makes no claims to being enlightened himself, he is fascinated with the subject and has studied it extensively. When he's not writing, he enjoys riding his motorcycle with his wife anywhere and everywhere as long as the sun is shining.
