The Savvy Corporate Innovator
Companies need new ideas to maintain growth and profits. But great ideas aren't enough and many promising ideas for innovation projects fail due to an innovator's inability to sell their ideas to notoriously risk-averse corporate decision makers. Words are heard -- you must present a market analysis, customer research, a revenue forecast, etc. -- but few innovators are given the real tools necessary to create and sell compelling proposals that gain the support of executives.
Corporate innovation can be enjoyable and rewarding. All it takes is a focused approach using the right methods, tools and mentality. Through Simpson's twenty years of working with dozens of large and small companies and managing hundreds of innovation projects, he shares the secrets of selling ideas to those who control the resources. Just what are those secrets that will get executives excited about funding your next BIG idea? You'll find the answers in The Savvy Corporate Innovator.
