Chiang Kuen Liu, also known as Richard Liu, was born in 1951. He earned a Master Degree in Management. He devoted himself to Buddhism and Taoism in his early life. He then advanced his spiritual study and pressed on the exploration of leading-edge parapsychology in 2004. He became one of the academic researchers of the "Hengshan Clairvoyance Spiritual Power Research Society".
