Blasting off with his celestial chauffeur Ray, all signs point west. Haunted by the image of a snow-capped peak reflected in the eye of a specter, the song "Rocky Mountain High" plays through Ray's car radio triggering Billy's next unearthly adventure.
Seeking answers, Billy leaves the safety of Ray's car for a dangerous trek through darkening skies. Caught in a deadly storm, he's struck by lightning before being miraculously delivered to his mother's Florida home. Burned and barely breathing, he's rushed to the hospital only to have a stirring vision of an Indian brave in war paint shooting an arrow straight toward his heart. Shocked into consciousness, Billy's wounds quickly heal, leaving him at the mercy of his frantic mother and a suspicious doctor.
With money in the bank and a pending novel, Billy's life takes a turn for the domestic, but he's still a marked man.
