Elizabeth Anne Scott's book was not only valuable in teaching me how to reduce my stress, it was fun to read! She writes in a breezy, easy-to-understand style that makes grasping these important principles so much easier than I'd anticipated. It's the best book that I've found on this subject.
Very comprehensive, excellent tools for learning to understand and manage different types of stresses which come at us in so many forms.
If you only purchase one book to help you learn about and manage stress, this is the one. It is to the point with useful information, suggestions, and exercises to help identify and handle just about any stressor to minimize the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual toll stress can and does take on our bodies. She doesn't repeat herself ad nauseum as did a latger book I've used, but she does do a great job of clearly and concisely making key points. Definitely recommend this one.
