About the Author

Kyra Oliver believes strongly in helping others, which is why she is an author and wellness educator who combines fitness, food, and a positive mindset to help people discover a lifestyle that feels good.™ She uses her work in her daily life as she trains for triathlons, marathons, and ultra distance trail races. She also teaches fitness classes and is a lifestyle coach. Her concern for the world and the children in it led her to create the non-profit Hayes Foundation (www.hayesfoundation.org), named to honor her son, Hayes, who died at age four and half months of SIDS. She launched a successful national campaign This Side Up While Sleeping (www.thissideupcampaign.org), that delivers educational messages on a cute onesie to help reduce the risk of SIDS. Meanwhile, Kyra continued to run her own award-winning company, Oliver Creative, helping clients build and market their brands, and eventually merged with a national PR firm. Today, Kyra continues to help others with her creative expertise as a consultant. Kyra cares deeply about her relationship with God, as well as building her relationships with family and friends.
