About the Author

I am 36 years old and am married with 2 young sons (10 and 5 years of age) and a 17 year old daughter. Writing has been an important part of my life for many years, ever since, as a teenager, having a wish to become a sports journalist. That goal didn’t materialise, but in my role as a cricket administrator, the creation of annual reports and newspaper articles has been an integral part of everyday life. Watching my 10 year old read enthusiastically one day, ideas began to flow, and my book is the result of those very ideas.
