Legacy Boxer Rescue (LBR) is a non-profit organization in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Established in 2004, LBR rescues boxers from shelters and owners who can no longer care for them. They provide medical care and a safe, loving home until the boxer is able to be adopted to their forever home. Many of these poor puppies come to LBR with heartworms, tumors, and other health problems. We make sure they receive all the care they need. LBR is 100% volunteer organization. These volunteers share a love for the playful, loving boxer breed. They open their homes to many dogs who have never known the comfort of regular meals, or a soft bed to sleep on.
