This book is life changing. I felt guided as I untangled some of the knots I’ve acquired within but also encouraged to live a better healthier life. I have recommended this to everyone I know because it is from the process of peeling the layers of ourselves do we truly grow emotionally and mentally. I believe everyone encounters someone who has had emotionally immature parents either in platonic or romantic relationships so this book either helps you or helps you help someone you love and understand their pain.
