Overview

Unusual Vampire activity drives Dave Reilly, a long time enemy of the undead, to call his friend Dimitri Milton, a legendary Vampire hunter, and his young sister LaCai to his northern New Mexico home. Once there, they discover that the strange Vampire behavior may be the precursor to a Vampire war on humanity that will begin very soon. With help from Dave's brother Matt, a Methodist minister, Maria Brown, a woman whose history with the undead goes back over sixty years, Maria's great grandson Peter, a part Vampire teenage boy, his friend Anita Cross, and a small group of gypsies, they prepare to stand against an army the likes of which the world has never seen. As the bloodsuckers begin to conquer the entire planet, they soon realize that Hidden Valley, New Mexico may hold the key to humanity's survival. The Vampires realize this too. And Anita Cross begins to display some frightening and unpredictable power that might just prove to be the salvation or the ruin of all of mankind.
This book is the first in a series. Book two coming soon.

About the Author

I live in Northern New Mexico. My biggest influences include Stephen King, C.S. Lewis, Tolkien, Frank Peretti, and Trey Parker. I write mainly fantasy, science fiction, and horror, often with a Christian slant. Some of the things I write are just for fun, like most of my free short stories, which I will continue to produce as long as these interesting, and sometimes quite messed up ideas keep popping into my head. Some things I write because I feel that they are important. I don't intend to be preachy and try not to insert messages into my writing unless I forewarn the reader that they'll be there. My main intentions with my works are to entertain the reader, make the reader think, and sometimes just to give them a good little scare. Two things seem to creep into my writing often. One is my faith. The other is my proclivity for horror, which even rears its ugly head in my Christian pieces.
