About the Author

Jim Redman was born in Iowa, attended Iowa State University, and went to work for the public accounting firm Arthur Young & Company (later Ernst & Young LLP) in Oklahoma City upon graduating from college. He spent thirteen years in Oklahoma City where he met his wife Cathy and moved to Tulsa where he continued working for Ernst & Young for another twenty-three years until his retirement in April 2018. Jim and Cathy have two children and one grandchild and now reside in Estes Park, Colorado. Besides being a lifelong Chicago Cubs and ISU Cyclone fan, Jim enjoys hiking and viewing the sights in Rocky Mountain National Park, fly fishing, visits with friends
