The teasing angel, Jeffery, is at it again. Only this time he is teasing the baby angel, Cheyenne Cutie, the Cottony Cloud Sweetie. He tells her that since her feathers haven't started to pop out and disappear yet, they probably never will, which means that she won't be able to go down to earth and become someone's little girl. To her rescue comes Angel Baby Steven.

For the better part of thirty years, Hoosier born author/poet/songwriter/cartoonist Donald K. Goodpaster has had a long and successful run as an independent creative writer.
