Apparition
You are about to read “Apparition” I hope you enjoy this story as I wrote it based on a life experience that up till today I just chop it off as being overly tired and half asleep one night. The possibilities of the actual incident are what made me put this story together. This happened late one night as my wife was driving us home and I had fallen asleep in the passenger seat.
When I opened my eyes I saw that she was almost running down some poor child on a bicycle. I screamed for her to stop and she just kept telling me she didn’t see anything. I saw him clear as can be getting in front of the car as if he was disoriented somehow. My wife pulled over to the side of the road because of my panicked state. I looked and the child was nowhere to be found but right next to me on the side of the road was a big white cross under it were some stuffed animals and nailed on it was a picture. It was the child I had just seen on the bicycle seconds ago.
