Dr. Robert “Bob” Fischer is a psychiatrist and the Executive Director and co-founder with his wife Anne, of Optimum Performance Institute and the Roanne Program. He also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at UCLA, School Of Medicine in the Department Of Psychoneuroimmunology and the Mindful Awareness Research Center.
