Please forgive my 5 star ... but there is no other way to comment on the bad review given by "Anonymous"... As the author of this book, I am very sorry this happened. I have contacted B&N to try to resolve this. I do not have anything to do with distribution. I have had many digital copies sold, but have never heard of problems. I am waiting to hear what can be done to help you. I did not even get notification that I had a review, let a lone, a poor one. Please, if possible, remove the 1 star review. I did not (hopefully) offend you. And hopefully, B&N can get the rest of this book to you soon.
I only got 7 pages of the book which does not do me good. Rather disappointed because i was hoping to learn more about the NHL rules.
