I am a battle kite, series 3. My grandfather was the first, followed by my father who after winning the great kite battle, was caught a strong wind that snapped the controllers line and disappeared in the clouds, never to be seen again. I remember seeing him doing maneuvers in the sky that even my grandfather could not perform and I was expected to be better. How? My grandfather completed my training but as a series 3, there would be a gap between myself and a series 1. You needed a series 2 to bridge that gap. He tried and I tried but in the air nothing is certain except the Destroyers and their leader, the alpha. One day I would face them and maybe prove that I deserved to be a battle kite, series 3.
