Tamara Wrenn intentionally disciples women, nurturing their spiritual preparation for motherhood, so that they can draw strength from God and confidently embrace the authority and power within themselves to give birth without limitations using the framework in her book, Invite God Into Your Birth Room: The Art of Spiritual Strategy for the Childbearing Year. For over two decades, Tamara has worked with individuals, health, and social service enterprises to deliver impactful solutions that raise up women, families, and communities. She is dedicated to serving all women with a sharp focus on recognizing and addressing the distinctive wellness and advocacy requirements of Black women striving to do her part to wipe out disparities in Black women's health. Tamara holds a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling from New York University. She is a Certified Personal & Executive Coach, Certified Cooperative Childbirth Educator, Certified Doula, and Certified Fitness Professional.Tamara is a daughter, mom, and grandmother, deeply rooted in a close-knit family. When she wakes up in the morning her goal is to let her light shine while successfully reaching her goals. When she is not serving her clients you can find her body in motion – walking, dancing, enjoying life – like no one is watching.
