Confessions of the Anxious Girl
Confessions of the Anxious Girl is a collection of poems created out of experiences. Many of these poems are not revised and are written from raw emotions. Anxiety isn't always pretty and can be sporadic, but there is also hope within it.

I hope you enjoy these stories and that others can feel less alone in their experiences.

About the Author

Julya Jae is a poet, writer, and author of the new published collection of poems, "Confessions of the Anxious Girl". Over the past decade, she has usually written for herself as a form of therapy, but in recent years has made it a goal to share her stories with others. She is an advocate for reducing the stigma in mental health and knows that talking about it is the only way to do that. So she started writing for others to see instead of hiding it in her journals.
