When a relationship ends it often leaves us feeling empty or alone. Many times we go through the different stages of grief, anger or sorrow. Some of these stages may last a long time for some of us. The more awareness you bring to these stages the easier it will be to get through without regressing or doing something crazy. Most break ups are difficult, but when you find them excruciatingly painful or you find yourself in an on again off again pattern, then it may be time to make some changes. You may just need help in overcoming the overall pain of a relationship ending, help with pulling away from a person who cannot commit, or a few strategies to overcome the difficult times. Whatever the reasons there are answers to all these problems in this book. This book is an easy read and full of tips and strategies to overcome the painful feelings and to help you make it through when times are especially trying. All of these strategies have been designed and used by me. Some worked better than others depending on how I was feeling that particular day or what I was dealing with. Over the years I have gone through many on again off relationships and didn’t realize until later that I was in charge of picking the wrong kind of person and was responsible for repeating the cycle. Once I realized this, I decided to do something about it. My ideas have helped me to make a change that wasn’t easy. I had to visit many of these ideas again over the years to remind myself what I should be doing. They helped me and hopefully can do the same for you.
