This is a short book only 81 pages and that is really sad because it is a warm, funny, loving story. I was so sad to see it end and couldn't wait to read the next one. Georgette St Clair has become one of my favorite writers and she has a sense of what makes a great relationship between two people. Just loved it, I hope that she continues this series beyond the next two books and I would love to read a full length book from her with this same style of writing.

I liked this story a lot. The characters were well written and the plot moved along nicely. I only wish it were more than 88 pages or so, as it did give the story a slighty rushed feel.

I love this book I've had it for a while and I read it every chance I get. Georgette st Clair knows what she is doing when it comes to writing. This story has kept me hook all the way to the end. I loved how max and Josephine love evolves over time and how max proves his love for her.

This is the first book in a new to me series, the Timber Valley Pack. It starts with Josephine coming up with an idea to stand in for her friend, courtesy of a shape-changing spell, so that her friend doesn't have to marry someone she's not in love with. The reasons are all there, but you know it just won't work out how she thinks it will. Now, I really enjoyed this book for the majority of the time. If the story had just stayed with the abusive uncle and how the Timber Valley Pack were trying to sort it out, this would have been a 4-star read for sure. However, there was an extra storyline thrown in, just for fits and giggles it seemed. With no build up that stood out for this particular fork in the story, it just felt a bit thrown together. I found that to be a shame as up to that point I was engrossed. Well written, with no editing or grammatical errors to distract the eye, this was a good read that just ended up being a bit too busy for me. Merissa Archaeolibrarian - I Dig Good Books!

The writing wasn't the best but the violent graphic sex was way over the line. I couldn't even get half way through before I deleted the book from my nook.

I enjoyed reading this story, it was too short though. 86 pages. I read it in one sitting and loved it. Good action packed and humerous--a fun read.
