This bundle includes the next three books in Morgan Rice's #1 Bestselling fantasy series THE SORCERER'S RING (A CRY OF HONOR, A VOW OF GLORY and A CHARGE OF VALOR). These three bestselling novels are all here in one convenient file and offer a great next step deeper into the world of the SORCERER'S RING series. Over 200,000 words of reading, all for an incredible price! It is a great deal, and it also makes the perfect gift!

THE SORCERER'S RING series tells the epic tale of the coming of age of Thorgrin, a special 14 year old boy, the least loved of his father, as he strives to become a warrior in the magical Kingdom of the Ring, and as he learns he has powers, and a destiny, he does not understand. An outsider, he must fight for acceptance as he strives to join the King's elite Legion, and as he falls in love with the king's 16 year old daughter. Most of all, he must learn who he really is, why his destiny is so important, and why the entire fate of The Ring depends on him.

In Books #4, #5 and #6, the tale continues. In A CRY OF HONOR (Book #4 in the Sorcerer's Ring), Thor has returned from The Hundred as a hardened warrior, and now he must learn what it means to battle for his homeland, to battle for life and death. The McClouds have raided deep into MacGil territory--deeper than ever before in the history of the Ring--and as Thor rides into an ambush, it will fall on his head to fend off the attack and save King's Court.

In A VOW OF GLORY (Book #5 in the Sorcerer's Ring), Thor embarks with his Legion friends on an epic quest into the vast wilds of the Empire to try to find the ancient Destiny Sword and save the Ring. Thor's friendships deepen, as they journey to new places, face unexpected monsters and fight side by side in unimaginable battle. They encounter exotic lands, creatures and peoples beyond which they could have ever imagined, each step of their journey fraught with increasing danger. They will have to summon all their skills if they are to survive as they follow the trail of the thieves, deeper and deeper into the Empire. Their quest will bring them all the way into the heart of the Underworld, one of the seven realms of hell, where the undead rule and fields are lined with bones. As Thor must summon his powers, more than ever, he struggles to understand the nature of who he is.

In A CHARGE OF VALOR (Book #6 in the Sorcerer's Ring), Thor continues on his quest, deeper into the Empire, to retrieve the stolen Destiny Sword and save the Ring. As he and his friends meet unexpected tragedy and lose a member of their close-knit group, Thor and his remaining friends become closer than they ever were, learning that they must face and overcome adversity together. Their journey takes them to new and exotic terrains, including the desolate Salt Fields, the Great Tunnel, and the Mountains of Fire, as they face a host of unexpected monsters at every turn.

With its sophisticated world-building and characterization, THE SORCERER'S RING is an epic tale of friends and lovers, of rivals and suitors, of knights and dragons, of intrigues and political machinations, of coming of age, of broken hearts, of deception, ambition and betrayal. It is a tale of honor and courage, of fate and destiny, of sorcery. It is a fantasy that brings us into a world we will never forget, and which will appeal to all ages and genders.

I do not usually review books, but I was so suprised by the inconsistencies that I could not keep quiet. It feels like the writer just makes up what ever will fit at that moment and completely forget sabout previous actions or words. The writer constantly puts the main characters into the same battles against jokingly overwhelming odds only to have one character kill hundreds. I had to laugh when a knight in full armorctakes on three hundred men and complains that he is Windex after killing the first hundred. A proof reader and an editor could have cut this down to an entertaining read. At this point it is almost comedy.

First of all, please remove the quote that puts Ms Rice in the company of Tolkien and George R R Martin. There is no comparison. The three books in this compilation continue the exploits of Thor and Gwen as the Ring is sacked and conquored by the million man army. I have seen enough closed captioning to recognize speach to print programs and I think Ms Rice dictates the books and publishes them without proofing or editing. This is disturbing and slows down the reading. The story is good, but Thor needs to meet his mother and gain all of his powers that have been hinted at for six books. Each book is rather short and nothing is resoved at the end, prompting the reader to purchas the next installment. Luckily, we are provided these rhree book packages so the story is not chopped up. I think the writer is pressed to publish quickly instead of making us wait, like we have had to do with The Game of Thrones.

I love these short books. I find that there is a compilation of all my favorite Sci-Fantasy authors rolled up into Morgan Rice's writings. I did manage to get past the spelling and grammar errors. LOL!!

The story could be great but are so many mistake. More once the author would be writing about one person and then use the wrong characters name in one of the sentences. Also how many special places does Gwen know about that noone else in the whole kindom does? If you can get past all the retarded mistakes and rehashed story plots the books are ok for how cheap they are.

I cant believe someone has the gull to compare this CRAP to GRRM and Tolkien. Talk about false advertising!! These books are so awful my 10 year old could write better plots. ABSOLUTE CRAP!!!

The writer has so many crutches, It's comedic. Thor can only be filled with the most power he has ever felt so many times. And everyone falls in love at first sight! For the love of all things holy, learn the definition of the word "evicerated". I kept imagining people being magically sliced open and their inards spilling out before being burned up by touching the shield. After reading "his troops were as indespensible as dogs" i just had to stop and find something else to read.

this series is extremely good but you must be an avid reader. So far I have read books 1-5 and am currently into book 6. They keep your interest and you can't put them down but at least to date it is a 12 book series and while each and everyone has been very interesting I have a feeling that we will not know the outcome until book 12 so you better be in it for the long haul because although individual adventures may come to and end the main story line continues on

Terrible. Poor pacing. Storyline appears to be written by a child of ten

I read these books and kept wishing for more, the potential was definitely there it was never realized. If you've never read epic fantasy this might be a easy safe start. It did help me fall asleep at night.

Ms. Rice shows she has a terrific imagination, as the story line is definitely engaging. Unfortunately, there are many grammatical errors and typos. Those are not half as distracting, however, as the repetitive language and childish descriptions of the characters' behavior. Also, there is no depth to her descriptions of the physical aspects of the people, places, or actions. It is very difficult to picture something as though it is real with such vague writing.

Couldn't put the series down!

The writing is better than the first compilation. The descriptions are a bit more complete and characters deal with problems in a more complex manner and everything is not fake dangerous all the time. There is still no concept of weight, distance or time... everything is 'so far ' that the character had to walk an entire day to cross a landscape. But the emotions of the characters are better. There are fewer editer mistakes as well.

Although I have become fascinated by these stories, I can't help but be peeved that the pages I have paid for are not there. Where is the story that belongs on the 3 or 4 pages that are continuously skipped throughout each of these books? Fraudulent fiction by editor or BN?

In spite of the poor editing, I still give this a 5-star rating as the character and plot development are great.
