The author is a family medical practitioner who enjoys a quiet life in the leafy outer suburbs of Sydney. She treasures her time with her husband, her two children and close friends.As a child, her mother introduced her to the wonderful world of poetry, a gift that has become a place of refuge where she feels free to express her thoughts.Her journey of life has taken her across three countries, from her land of birth, Singapore, to Sri Lanka and finally to Australia. Her experiences during this time are reflected in her first collection of poetry.
