When Bill Hughes is tragically killed in a car accident, he reluctantly learns that there was a special reason for his death and he accepts an assignment to serve as a special ‘guardian angel’ for his younger brother, Jacob, who is struggling with his decision whether to serve a mission for the LDS Church.

About the Author
Jeffrey Olsen was raised in Magna, Utah. He graduated from Cyprus High School prior to leaving on a two-year LDS mission to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After completing his mission, he married his high school sweetheart and they moved to Provo while he finished school at BYU. Then it was on to the Physical Therapy Program at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. They loved North Carolina, whether it was strolling the beach in Wilmington, driving through the Smokey Mountains near Asheville, or feeding the ducks in the Duke University Gardens. After graduation, they moved back to Utah to be closer to family, and Jeff had the opportunity to attend school at the University of Utah. Today, he works as the Director of Therapy Services at Ogden Regional Medical Center in Ogden, Utah. Jeff and his wife, Dawn, have four beautiful children.
