Central Park Song
Can love really conquer all? What if you met someone from an entirely different world who could change everything in your world -- and in ways you never imagined?

"Central Park Song" explores that scenario and is an urban love story reminiscent of "Good Will Hunting," "Pretty Woman," and "Six Degrees of Separation."

Rodney is a passionate black man with brilliant talents but a mental illness that leaves him homeless. Melinda is a white Manhattan law partner with an artistic soul, trapped by the pressures of corporate law, her wealthy father, and her three-year boyfriend. A charming, chance encounter leads to a magical courtship and life-changing choices that make an unlikely New York romance possible.

NOTE:
1) this is a PG-rated love story and suitable for teens and adults
2) this romance is a SCREENPLAY (so it's formatted differently, and written entirely in the present tense with an emphasis on actions and dialogue rather than inner thoughts).
3) you can get this work, along with six others, in "Stories and Scripts: an Anthology" for far less. The cost of buying all of the stories individually amounts to about twice the price of the anthology. As an added bonus, the collection also includes three works that aren't available separately.

About the Author

Zack Love graduated from Harvard College, where his studies focused mostly on literature, psychology, philosophy, and film. After college, Zack moved to New York City where he held a variety of corporate jobs while enjoying tech ventures, creative writing, NY Nightlife, and anything else that could provide a good getaway from the Manhattan work grind.

One of Zack's favorite escapes is exploring foreign places and cultures; Zack has traveled to about 60 countries for business and/or pleasure. He has lived and worked in Asia, Europe, and Latin America, and speaks Spanish, French, and German (and has been known to fake Italian and Portuguese in order to flirt or get directions).

In 2013, Zack decided to publish his first of several unpublished works: “Sex in the Title - a Comedy about Dating, Sex, and Romance in NYC (back when phones weren't so smart).” After publishing Sex in the Title, Zack developed the SQ Calculator ( a web and Facebook application that uses “crowd-sourcing” to measure how sexy someone is. Zack is now a full-time writer and focused on releasing the rest of his unpublished works, and maybe even authoring the unwritten stories that have been brewing in his brain for far too long.
