CHAPTER 1

One sunny afternoon Charlotte and Jackson were thinking of going for a walk. "Let's go to the parks" said Jackson. "Great idea" said Charlotte. "I'll get my ball".

When they arrived at the park Jackson went off to climb trees, that's his favorite thing to do. He also likes to scratch his claws into the trunks of trees, using them as giant scratching posts. Meanwhile Charlotte was bounding around on a nearby field, tossing her ball up into the air and catching it between her teeth. That's Charlottes Charlotte's favorite thing to do.

On the way back home Charlotte noticed a little furry caterpillar on a leaf. "Oh he's so cutes so cute" she said "I'm going to keep him".

When Charlotte and Jackson arrived home Charlotte put the caterpillar into a clean jar, with air holes of course. "I'm going to call him Wiggles" she decided.
