About the Author

James Mathers, writing under the pen name of James Rudolph, was born and raised in Seattle Washington. He attended the University of Washington and Southwestern University Law School in Los Angeles. LLB 1968.

Mathers began his career as an actor and playwright in the nineteen-seventies at The Magic Theater and the Bay Area Playwrights Festival in San Francisco. He then moved to New York in the eighties to continue to work in film, TV, and theater with the Manhattan Class Company at the Nat Horne Theater on 42nd Street.

He currently writes novels, plays and short form content for new media, and acts in features and TV. He also writes, produces and is the voice of Jimmy Rudolph, the WZMB Zombie Radio Show DJ, in the web series from post-apocalyptic New York City.

James Mathers lives with his wife Dallas and their two cats, close by the Magic Castle in the Hollywood Hills.
