About the Author

Timothy Stagich worked in the area of human relations and as an Executive Director for over fifteen years. Also, he taught in Japan for several years at universities and on location with executive management. He earned his Masters Degree in Personnel Training and Development and his Ph.D. in Collaborative and Organizational Learning. He has published various works on culture and organizational learning and continues to teach, write and make presentations on leadership, collaborative learning and inter-group communication at national and international conferences.
