About the Author

I'm originally from Monterey Park, California. I've lived in Seoul, South Korea since September 2003. I've taught children of various backgrounds including: bi-polar, autistic, emotionally disturbed, and children with Asperger's Syndrome. I've also taught ESL to elementary and middle school students. I'm currently an ESL instructor at Wall Street English in Seoul. I've taught there for the past four years. The best part of my job is being able to travel once or twice a year. That has allowed me to travel to 11 countries. I enjoy writing travel books and publications to help non-native English speakers to improve their English speaking skills.

I also co-author English learning looks and children's books with Liam Lusk who is from Paisley, Scotland.

Liam and I first met in Seoul, South Korea in 2005. Due to our combined experience in teaching young learners' English, my knowledge of helping children with special needs, and Liam's experience as a father, we decided to also write material for young children.
