SUCKS. I can imagine what the people with these experiences must have gone through! This is a nice relaxing read after a long day at work and makes you glad you aren't in their shoes. A must read for anyone who knows what retail feels like.

A really funny and relaxing book. For all those employees who have to deal with customers, you must read this and you can surely  relate to it. When we people complain for bad customer service, well try to read this book and learn that employees also  have experienced horrific customers asking for impossible things. This book made me happy during the  time I was dealing with one difficult customer.
