CHAPTER 1

Daily Guidance & Inspiration


50 Tips for a more fulfilled, balanced and harmonious life Included are also 12 Personal message for you.


Daily guidance tips and messages, either pick one or a few randomly or read through them all and which ever is appropriate for you then follow the guidance given. You can use these tips and messages daily or whenever you feel you need some guidance.

You can also fan the pages and if you pick a tip or message more than 3 times in a row or within a certain time span this is a very strong message to you, listen to it.

First and foremost the most important thing is to look after your mind and body with healthy nutrition and exercise. The following guides are what most of you will more than likely already know and do but sometimes it is very easy for people to overlook it because of their busy lives and this is what then makes people crave unhealthy fast foods, takeaways and processed foods. Take a minute or two to evaluate your life in every way, remember you ARE what you EAT & you look how you feel so feel happy and confident.


The Basics

1. Body care: Remember ~Water is the Liquid of Life. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day, 2 glasses of water 4 times a day with each meal or snack add lemon lime or mint or elderflower to taste. A good tip is to fill a 2-litre bottle and keep it next to you; you will then be able to easily measure how much you have drunk in a day. Water helps you think more clearly and helps detoxify you, never under estimate its importance and make the most of it.


Breathing

2. Breath slowly but purely, one way to do this, is whilst you are breathing in imagine a white light cleansing your body right down to your toes, whilst breathing out try to imagine any negative thoughts and feelings leaving your body as grey coloured breath or choose any colour you prefer. The easiest way to know your are breathing correctly is to put your hand on your stomach and when you feel it rise whilst breathing in you are breathing in correctly and when you are exhaling you will feel your stomach deflate. You may think that everyone knows this but you would be surprised at the amount of people who when asked to breathe in, would suck in air very quickly holding in their breath whilst tensing their abdomen, psychologically they relate to 'breathing in' as trying to look slimmer.

Everyday we can breath in and absorb other peoples negative energies and If we are not careful it can have a big impact on our lives, learn to meditate and release these unwanted energies. Breath in new and positive energies daily, only allow positive thoughts to enter into your head. Every negative thought could build barriers to prevent you making achievements in your life. Only spend time with positive people with positive energies. Every negative thought you have is like a stone weighing heavy your pocket and it will weigh you down eventually. Learn to take slow long deep breaths, it clears the mind and calms the body, it releases negative energies and restores your balance and peace. What you think is what you get. So think good, think well and think positive!!!! We all take breathing for granted but every breath we take is a gift.

3. Eat a healthy and nutritionally balanced diet, care for your body, and research what is good for you. Pre packaged foods always have preservatives in them. Your body will eventually reject these and when it has had enough it will start to let you down. Bloated stomach, headaches, rashes and unexplained symptoms can be a sign that your body has had enough of preservatives. Please note that food intolerances are also to blame for a lot of other unexplained symptoms get yourself checked out and do some research soon, You only have one body, treat it well and treat it with respect, we all expect such a lot from our bodies, but not all of us treat it with the respect it deserves.

4. Exercise to the best of your ability, park further from the shops and walk. Walk and talk with friends instead of having a latté in the cafe.

5. Talk positive do not allow any negative thoughts. Always turn everything into a positive no matter how hard it is.

6. Send love to those you love and those you don't. What ever you send out comes back threefold.

7. Ask for love and peace for this world we live in, if we all ask it may just have a big impact.

8. Take time out for you have some quality time, enjoy your life, stop worrying about everyone else.

9. Take time out to enjoy family and friends.

**Personal Message: Someone wants to talk to you, be ready to listen.

10. Love costs nothing to give and nothing to receive and can add so much to your life; hate only destroys everyone it consumes. What you give out in life comes back to you threefold so give out lots of love and kindness.

11. Always travel carefully and safely, never be complacent as if you are rushing and someone else is rushing you have more chance of colliding.

12. Remember a stranger is a person who may become a good friend if you're lucky, however always remember that a stranger may become a danger!!!! So be aware

13. Always tune into your intuition, it will guide you to a more fulfilled, balanced life.

14. Listen to the positive inner voice for daily guidance. If you are getting mixed messages from your own mind its time for you to get peace and balance in your life now.

**Personal Message: Try having some more fun in your life.

15. You are in control of your own mind; you can programme it to do exceptional things, from coping with pain to changing your thought patterns from negative to positive. Don't blame anyone for your thoughts or actions, as they are yours to control and yours to change. If you think happy you will feel happy.

16. Be positive every day. Life is a gift that should be treasured every minute of every day.

17. Look for the best in people and hopefully they will look for the best in you too.

18. Find out more about your spiritual side, study and learn more about natural alternative therapies. There is lots of fascinating information to help you lead a more balanced, fulfilled and healthy life.

**Personal Message: Take some time out in a park or near water, enjoy the natural things in life.

19. Try and meditate a few times a week to restore peace, harmony and balance in your life.

20. Never demand respect if you don't know how to give it. Respect has to be earned by everyone.

21. Never take people, loved ones, family or friends for granted, treat people as you like to be treated.

22. Think positively every day, no matter how hard things get as there is always someone worse off than you.

23. Be in tune with your intuition, listen to it, it will help you everyday of your life and may help you guide others too.

24. Be aware if you are feeling constantly negative, you need to meditate and get balance back in your life, spend time within nature and spend time around positive people. Negative thoughts lead to negative actions.

** Personal Message: Rest and take things easy, if you have been doing too much lately.

25. Be the manager of your own life, be the master of your creations, be the creator of your destiny, don't be afraid to venture into new beginnings.

**Personal Message: You need to listen more!!!!!

26. Don't measure success in your life by what you can afford. Quality of life is worth more then quality of materialistic things. Quantity of happiness is more valuable then quantity of money.

**Personal Message: Don't doubt yourself—You can achieve what ever you put your mind to!!!!

27. You body is your life look after it and respect it. After all you can't live without it!

28. Appreciate the small things in life.

29. Appreciate nature in all its Beauty.

**Personal Message: Go for it!!!! Don't be afraid of the unknown, Life just beginning enjoy it!!!

30. Enjoy every precious moment, treasure the memories, life is a gift. That's why every day is called the present day!!!

** Personal Message: There is someone awaiting your guidance, wisdom or knowledge.

31. Knowledge is power but kindly share it, wisdom is a wealth of experience someone has kindly shared.

32. Be kind to someone today and everyday.

33. Serenity: God grant you the serenity to accept the things you cannot Change, the courage to change the things you can and the wisdom to know the difference.

34. Act of random kindness is something that everyone can do at anytime on any day and it could save someone's life.

** Personal Message: You need a break and quality time with loved ones whether that's family friends or pets.

35. Seeds of life are sown with seeds of love.

Wisdom

Guide your children but don't try to rule them. Rules can and usually will be broken, disrespected and forgotten. Guidance lasts a lifetime and can be passed on and passed down to new generations and turned into wisdom. Your children will gladly pass on guidance with a smile. When has a rule ever been given with a smile and accepted with a smile. Teach others your knowledge and pass on your wisdom.

37. Wisdom is positive guidance passed down and around over the years!!!

38. Love is feeling comfortable with someone and loving his or her faults too.

39. No one is perfect and life would be very boring if we were all the same. Imperfections add character to a person.

40. Life isn't all about what you can get out of it, its what you put into it too that counts.

44. Learn to let go of the old and grasp the new.

45. There is no gain without pain but the is no gain holding on to pain.

46. Mistakes in life are experiences that help us learn to make to the right decisions in life.

47. Learn that you cannot control what other people do and say but you can control how you deal with it. Walk away from relationships or people that make you unhappy, spend time with like-minded people, they will be life long friends. Life is too short to be with people that make you unhappy.

48. Spend time doing things that make YOU happy.

49. Don't take life for granted, live it, love it and respect it. Give your life the values you want out of life.

50. Where ever you go you always get seen by someone you know—So be good :-)

**Personal Message: If there's something on your mind about your health, you must seek more advice either from a medical or health professional, don't dwell, as that won't make you well.

LIFE is: L = Love, I = Independence, F = Fun, E = Education.

Life can throw some tough challenges, so get tough and be ready to embrace those challenges, be pleased with yourself for overcoming them, appreciate your strengths and don't forget to reward yourself too. Don't be put off by how far you've yet to go, just remember how far you've come.

Don't look back and dwell, there is no future living in the past.

Open yourself up to new exciting opportunities; there are lots out there within your reach.

Live to love and Love to live.

Love is, caring, kindness, loyalty, sharing.

Love is having empathy and understanding.

Love is unconditional.

Love is caring and sharing.

Love is being comfortable with each other.

Love is respecting each other.

Love is having trust in each other.

Ask yourself Are you in love?

Don't be in love with the idea of lust. Lust is a passion between lovers that has no substance or longevity, it fades like the sunset.


Lessons of life

Appreciate every minute of every day.

Help others, however small a gesture, it all counts.

Be kind everyday.

Learn something new every day.

Time is precious. Do something special and memorable whenever possible.


TIME: T = Today, I = Inspire, M = Motivate, E= Encourage.

Don't wait for a near death experience to happen to make you appreciate your life, love, respect and enjoy your life and family and friends every day.

Have Love, Peace and Hope in your heart, Love your life, be Happy, Care and Share, Respect, Inspire and Motivate others, Learn something new everyday and Teach others your Knowledge and Wisdom.


Respect

Respect is: Respecting Everyone, Sincerity in People, Educating, & Creating Trust.

To gain respect you must earn it and know when to give it others. Treat people how you would expect to be treated with kindness and respect. There are some things in this life that we can't control such as the weather and world disasters but we can control what kindness we give and share to the ones who are suffering, spread the word and spread the kindness and love, you will feel better for loving rather then hating, pass it on to your children, love conquers all and hates destroys humanity.


Broken Relationships

If a loving relationship has broken up, don't block out all the memories you shared, as that is what has defined you and made you who you are today. However good, bad or painful, Learn and take strength from it and if you persevere it will lead you to a greater love worth waiting for.

Nobody said love would last forever as life gets in the way. We all grow; we all change and move into different directions in our lives. Don't try and hold on to the past, live now, live for today and plan for the future and be happy with your life, you do not need a partner to be happy and complete, you should try to accomplish completeness within yourself and find inner peace and happiness within yourself. You must find happiness within yourself alone before you can find happiness with anyone else.


Saying Goodbye to someone or something & moving on

If it's time to say goodbye to someone or something, however sad this may be. One tip that may help you is if you've had flowers recently, when the flowers have come to their end and died take them to a pond, river or canal or sea and one by one throw them in with the reasons why you need to say goodbye to this person or situation. If you have not had any flowers pick some out of your garden. (Please note if you cannot obtain any flowers then write down the things that are troubling you onto separate pieces of papers and tear them up and follow same instructions.) To wish for a fresh start and new beginnings go to the same place with fresh picked or bought flowers, follow the same instructions and say what your new beginnings are or what you want them to be and finish with the saying 'God bless this situation.'
