About the Author
Marguerite Lynn Trupiano was born and raised in Staten Island, New York. She currently lives there with her husband, Michael, and her children, Brianna and Anthony. Marguerite attended St. John’s University, Staten Island Campus, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She later went to St. John’s Graduate School in Queens, New York, to gain a master’s degree in special education. She currently works part time with children with disabilities. She is employed with Volunteers of America and Children’s Home Intervention Programs in Staten Island. She shares a love of books with her children and started reading to them as infants. Story time is a special part of her daily routine with her children. She wants to continue to write a series of stories about a day with everyone who is important in the lives of children.

About the Illustrator
Laurie Necco graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in illustration. It was there she discovered her love for children’s books. She is currently working as an illustrator in Staten Island, New York.
