DA PAM 25-1-1, Army Information Technology Implementation Instructions, is a major revision with the changes being listed in the summary of change section. It establishes procedures for the administration of information resources and the supporting technology requirements. These management processes involve strategic planning, business process analysis and improvement control, and information technology performance measurements.
