About the Author

Robert Brenner is an engineer, scientist, educator and business owner with graduate degrees in electrical engineering and management. He is a retired U.S. Navy officer and completed eleven nuclear submarine deployments. He also worked in the defense industry and is a ecognized pioneer in microelectronic research and development.
